Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC
∎ H.S.C Pass
∎ Must be HSC Completed
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proper assist/support to office Management/staffs.
∎ Hand delivering and collecting packages.
∎ General Admin and Logistic duties, including photocopying, file documentation work.
∎ File documents as directed.
∎ Collecting documents and distributing to the Govt. Office/Vendor's office as required.
∎ Tea, Coffee, Water provide and maintain.
∎ Photocopy, documents dispatch as required.
∎ Daily clean office desk, Chair & other furniture glass, gate, fan, AC, HR & Admin room, conference room, factory floor.
∎ Receive office guest & maintain register Book.
∎ Distribute office supplies in designated areas.
∎ Check washroom list, AC, water filter, fridge, oven, coffee machine, fill the coffee machine, change water filters.
∎ Assist in documentation of work of factory license renewal etc.
∎ Lock doors, switch off lights, fans, AC, faucets, etc at the end of shift. Make sure all the laptops are plugged off from the charging port after office hours.
∎ Any other assignments given by the management.

∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
