Responsibilities & Context:
  • Entering Data Accurately: Inputting data from various sources (paper documents, digital files, etc.) into computer systems or databases.
  • Verifying Data for Accuracy: Reviewing and cross-checking information to ensure correctness and completeness.
  • Maintaining Confidentiality: Handling sensitive or private information with a high level of discretion.
  • Updating Records: Keeping data updated by making timely entries, corrections, or modifications as needed.
  • Organizing Files and Documents: Sorting, organizing, and maintaining both electronic and physical records efficiently.
  • Using Office Equipment: Operating standard office equipment such as scanners, printers, and data entry devices.
  • Generating Reports: Assisting in preparing routine data reports or summaries as required by the organization.
  • Meeting Deadlines: Completing tasks within timeframes set by supervisors or project guidelines.
  • Communicating with Teams: Coordinating with other departments to gather missing data or clarify information.
  • Following Data Entry Procedures: Adhering to company or department policies, formatting rules, and data handling guidelines.
