Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
∎ Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

∎ Direct Sales/Marketing of MDL products.
∎ Prepare a report as required by management.
∎ Market Visit, Client Hunt, Creating Market Opportunity.
∎ Development new clients & maintains good relationships with existing clients.
∎ Manage Existing & New Potential Customers by Personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ Analyze to Market Activities as per senior's instructions.
∎ Ensure own sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
∎ Contacting customers for installment & service collection.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years

∎ Proven working experience 1-2 year as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson.

∎ Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
∎ Pleasant and trustworthy.
∎ MS Office familiarity.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals.
∎ Ability to multitask, manage time and prioritize activities.
∎ Great organization skills to be able to create various schedules, timelines and budgets.
∎ Ability to work independently when making important decisions.
∎ Great honesty and integrity skills.
∎ Outstanding computer skills for preparing presentations and drafting property sale documentations.
∎ Excellent presentation skills.
∎ Good knowledge of the local property.
