∎ Experience working with individuals undergoing lifestyle changes or fitness transformations is a plus.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect effectively with participants.
∎ Ability to simplify complex nutrition concepts into actionable advice.
∎ Strong organizational skills to manage multiple participants’ progress and schedules.
∎ Empathy and patience to address individual challenges and concerns.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Participant Support: Act as the primary contact for participants, answering daily nutrition-related queries and simplifying their personalized plans.
∎ Daily Monitoring & Follow-up: Regularly check in with participants to track progress to the Lead Nutrition Consultant and implement recommended adjustments.
∎ Coordination with Lead Consultant: Communicate participant feedback and progress to the Lead Nutrition Consultant and implement recommended adjustments.
∎ Education & Motivation: Offer basic nutrition guidance, share practical tips, and motivate participants to overcome challenges and stay consistent.
∎ Progress Tracking: Maintain detailed records of participants’ progress and share periodic updates with the campaign team.
