Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Nursing Science & Midwifery I Diploma in Nursing Science& Midwifery under Bangladesh Nursing Council
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Under the supervision Of Matron, the Supervisor will maintain accountability for the and delivery Of care to patients.
∎ The responsibilities Of the supervisor include:
∎ Responsible for implementing and maintain the hospital policy and Procedure manual.
∎ Schedule nurses' shifts.
∎ Assign nurses to patients.
∎ Ensure nursing operational standards are met.
∎ Provide reports On productivity, quality and customer service metrics.
∎ Ensure all nurses follow policies and procedures.
∎ Provides orientation to new dialysis staff members.
∎ Evaluate nurses' performance.
∎ Inform family members about medical Procedures and doctors' instructions.
∎ Handle complaints or other issues.
∎ Establish a compassionate environment by providing psychological support to patients, family and friends.
∎ Keep records of nurses' files. patients' cases and procedures.
∎ Any other task is assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience as a Nurse Incharge in the related field.
Salary:
