Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Master in Public Health(HM), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, organizing, directing and supervising the nursing services in order to ensure sufficient and competent Nursing care of patients in the hospital.
∎ Keeping all nursing personnel informed of policies, rules and regulation.
∎ Make sure that the nursing personnel follow the established policy or rules and regulation of the hospital.
∎ Inform the Administrator about the activities of Nursing personnel in relation to patient care.
∎ Dealing with the branches of discipline among Nursing personnel.
∎ Continuous monitoring and evaluation of nursing services.
∎ Making routine and periodic rounds of the hospital. Recording observations and taking necessary actions or informing the higher authorities. Prepare documents for future reference.
∎ Maintaining and checking the indents and submitting to the store. Maintenance and inform of the all supplies of each department.
∎ Supervising the comfort and welfare of the Nursing personnel.
∎ Attending and participating in professional meeting.
∎ Keep in record about the employment, leave, conditions of service which apply to all staff.
∎ Submitting monthly, half yearly and yearly statements and progress reports to Administrator.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ In-depth knowledge of hospital procedures.
∎ Must have knowledge in Computer ( MS Word, MS Excel)
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Candidates must have flexibility to work on roster duty.
