Education:
∎ Masters, Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Public Health
∎ A nursing graduate with Postgraduate Degree in Health Science related discipline from any government or internationally recognized university/institution, recognized by Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council. Any professional course will be added advantage.

∎ Basic Computer knowledge is compulsory.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise nursing students during various clinical rotations, guiding them in patient care, treatment procedures, and evaluating their clinical performance.
∎ Clearly communicate with students, clinical site staff, and other relevant professionals to ensure shared understanding of training goals and expectations.
∎ Teach nursing procedures, care protocols, and accurate medical documentation during clinical sessions.
∎ Coordinate with clinical sites to schedule student shifts appropriately.
∎ Prepare course outlines and conduct regular theoretical classes.
∎ Conduct both internal and external examinations as required.
∎ Develop and deliver course lectures; share lecture materials with the Course Coordinator and Principal.
∎ Facilitate clinical practice sessions in affiliated hospitals.
∎ Prepare and review question papers for internal assessments.
∎ Participate in the development and revision of nursing curricula.
∎ Assign and evaluate homework and other student assessments.
∎ Supervise practical sessions in laboratories and clinical settings.
∎ Compile and prepare examination results.
∎ Monitor and check students’ tuition books and attendance records.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by the Principal.
