Educational Requirements:
∎ Bsc or Msc in Nursing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Academic performance of CSS Nursing Institute Students.
∎ Ensure 100% students enrollment
∎ Class conduct as per routine
∎ Assist NI Principal in develop & implementation of yearly plan and budget of Nursing Institute.
∎ Ensure discipline of Nursing Institute.
∎ Ensure completion academic syllabus with all targeted class/sessions
∎ Perform as House tutor or hostel super
∎ Ensure better academic performance of Nursing Institute.
∎ Arrange all types of program of Nursing Institute.
∎ Assist the principal during any external visit
∎ Ensure co-curricular activities for students
∎ Protect all assets of Nursing Institute.
∎ Complete all exam with develop questioner
∎ Assist the principal for disciplinary action
∎ Assist principal in reporting
∎ Communication with BNMC and also CSS Management
∎ Support CSS Management through important information or opinion for development of CSS Nursing Institute.
∎ Rapport building with guardian of students.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should be honest and hard worker.
∎ The candidate should have minimum one year experience in related position.
Salary: Tk. 16000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ The eligibility to become a permanent staff of CSS is subject to his/her satisfactory performance during probation period (Six months from the joining date).
∎ After being permanent other benefits will be offered as per the organizational policy like: provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance, medical aid etc.
