Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing
∎ Registration of Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct nursing care in health post;
∎ Ensure nursing care of the patient in health facility of 24/7 days running;
∎ Initiate emergency treatment, stabilization of patients, ensuring adequate patient monitoring in all medical departments as per SOP and National Guidelines;
∎ Dressing of wounds, minor injuries, skin infections, and administration of drugs as prescribed by Doctors;
∎ Responsible for maintaining excellent infection control standards in the facility level;
∎ Support the activities of other nurses and doctors;
∎ Triage at the beginning of the clinic work along with Clinic Lead/Supervisor (visual assessment) ;
∎ Support pharmacy and dispensing medicines from dispensary;
∎ Observe and adhere to universal medical ethics.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in a hospital/clinic and in a refugee context is an advantage.
∎ Willingness to work in a COVID-19 Treatment Centre is a must.

∎ Desire to serve the Rohingya community;
∎ Willingness to work in a remote setting;
∎ Willing to do tasks outside of Job Description when asked;
∎ Medical fitness to live and travel in rural and urban areas with extreme conditions and limited medical support.
