∎ SSC/HSC/ Diploma in Nursing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ o assist doctor in all respect.
∎ Provide first aid treatment to workers when required.
∎ Provide medicine to workers according to the prescription of doctor (if available).
∎ During age & fitness estimation of new workers & nurse will help to the doctor.
∎ Measure blood pressure of the employee if required
∎ Maintain medicine consumption register for accountability.
∎ Properly provide health and medical service to employees.
∎ Training & Refresher training to be provided to all first aiders.
∎ Provide training to all workers on various diseases, occupational health & safety etc.
∎ Dressing to be provided to the injured employees
∎ Measure blood pressure, weight, Anemia, Edema, Pulse, Temperature, LMP and EDD of pregnant lady/ expected mother.
∎ Maintain the accident register for any injury.
∎ Maintain pregnant worker's health checkup register as per doctor guideline.
∎ Maintain First Aid equipment and medicine Stock/Balance Register.
∎ First Aid equipment and medicine Issue Register
∎ Every day cheek all first aid boxes as per item list to find out any short items and expired items available or not.
∎ To supervise medical center properly and follow the guideline of compliance.
∎ Make sure hygienic environment of medical room.
∎ Update the inventory of Medicine.
∎ Child care observation
∎ Kitchen and canteen observation and ensure health & hygienic.
