Job Responsibilities:
∎ Standards and expectations in the quality of care.
∎ Receives the daily report of every patient:
∎ Knows the case in detail, and the patient's progress ensures all orders before her shift have been carried or which to take over.
∎ Assess the condition of the patient and compared it with the report.
∎ Plan nursing care according to assessment or evaluation.
∎ Determines nursing priorities and plans patient care according to staff availability.
∎ Provides individualized holistic care to patients using The Nursing process approach with proper nursing documentation in the patient's file.
∎ Report all abnormal findings and progress of patients to the relevant doctors/consultants.
∎ Follows doctors/consultant's ward rounds and assists them in doing procedures when required.
∎ Establishes a good working environment in which patients receive a high standard of care.
∎ Pregnant Employee Health & safety
∎ Responsible for counseling patients.
∎ Must be able to push injections and saline.
∎ use other regular medical checking instruments.
∎ Must have the ability to explain procedures of disease and treatment.
∎ Initiate emergency treatment, stabilization of patients, and ensure adequate patient monitoring.
∎ Maintaining complete and accurate medical records to ensure strong and professional follow up.

∎ Age 18 to 40 years

∎ The applicants should have experienced in the Medical Assistant/ Nurse/ Paramedics.
