∎ Nursing Degree from recognized Institute
∎ Paramedic training / diploma

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide Medical care and support to all workers in the factory.
∎ To assist the Medical Doctor in all consultations and procedures as part of the Medical Examination.
∎ Minor injury analysis and submit the report to the management.
∎ Giving training & awareness to the workers and medical team at floors on occupational health.
∎ To work in coordination with Medical Assistant and to report to the Medical Officer in charge.
∎ Maintain all medical tools, equipment and machines in a proper order.
∎ Maintain serious accident register, medicine issue and receipt register.
∎ To ensure/check up status of patients with suggestion and prescription to patients
∎ To counsel workers on health and safety issues

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Good writing skills and administration skills.
∎ Knowledge and experience in health care and management.
∎ Ability to adapt and willingness to work in
∎ Strong spoken and written knowledge of both Bangla and English
∎ 1-3 years' experience in Garment factory.
