∎ Diploma in Medical assistant MATS from a recognized institute/ hospital and registered by Bangladesh Medical and dental Council.
∎ Training certificates in healthcare etc.

Job Context:
∎ A Garment Manufacturing Company in Savar requires a Medical Assistant for immediate appointment.
∎ The Medical Assistant will be managing, supporting and assisting the Medical Officers in health service of the factory workers at the factory Medical centre.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide age estimation and fitness certificate followed by physical interview with the workers during recruitment.
∎ Should have a strong clinical knowledge to cater to health care services to the factory workers and staff.
∎ Work in Compliance with all factory's health and safety policies. To determine for particular workers working under health hazard exposure to regular medical examination.
∎ To provide training and creating awareness among the staff and workers on occupational health.
∎ Actively participating in meetings and committees relevant to health services in the factory and to provide relevant representation in Health and Safety Issues.
∎ Maintenance of logistics and replenishment of medicines, medical supplies, equipments etc,.
∎ To maintain close liaison with nearest hospitals/ clinics to ensure faster treatment and medical services for those who need care other than the first aid.
∎ To maintain serious accident register, medicine issue and receipt register.
∎ To ensure the clinic is clean and set up well.
∎ To actively participate in all CSR activities related to health
