Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in a development field, social science, economics, or relevant discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Provide monthly work plan and report
∎ To ensure regular follow-up of the SWOT action plan (project wise), Evaluation findings and recommendations.
∎ Monitoring and Development of his/ her area and ensuring proper flow of communication to the concerned.
∎ Setting the territory objectives for his area in consultation with the Project Manager and set priorities for work to be done in timely and efficient manner.
∎ Preparation of year plan of Monitoring for all the Projects
∎ To ensure proper documentations, activities and preservation of documents in the projects.
∎ Identify opportunities for consolidation / improvement and necessary action plan
∎ There should be continues search to discover new method to support the projects in a better way of Monitoring and Evaluation
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to produce high quality monitoring reports.
∎ Excellent analytical skills and the ability to summarize information in a clear and concise manner
∎ Expertise on migration would be an asset.

Salary: Negotiable
