∎ Experience in in a pharmacy shop or sales role, preferably within a pharmacy or healthcare setting in Bangladesh.
∎ Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and their usage.
∎ Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
∎ Basic knowledge of pharmacy management software or manual record-keeping systems.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
∎ Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate pharmaceutical products.
∎ Assist customers with the selection, dosage, and usage of prescription and over-the-counter medications.
∎ Provide information about pharmacy products, including their benefits, usage instructions, and possible side effects.
∎ Handle customer queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring satisfaction and trust in the pharmacy services.
∎ Ensure upselling of relevant products to customers based on their needs, while maintaining ethical and customer-centric practices.
∎ Assist in maintaining inventory levels and help restock shelves to ensure product availability at all times.
∎ Ensure proper labeling of pharmaceutical products and check expiration dates regularly to guarantee safety.
∎ Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pharmacy shop, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers.
∎ Follow all safety and hygiene protocols, especially related to the handling of medications and other health-related products.
∎ Ensure compliance with local regulations and health safety standards as defined by Bangladesh’s pharmaceutical regulatory authorities.
∎ Assist in maintaining accurate records for all prescriptions, sales, and pharmacy transactions as per regulatory requirements.
∎ Customer Service & Sales:
