Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering
∎ • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/ Piping/ QA/ QC from any reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Review of all materials and equipment, specification and requisitions to ensure that the correct materials types, material grade, materials properties and materials test requirements has been specified.
∎ • Review and Approval for materials Certificates in Piping, Structural and equipment
∎ • Witnessing of Welders Qualification & verification of WPS/PQR approvals etc.
∎ • Reviewed and Approval of contractor QA/QC documents (ITP, QAP, QMP, WPS, WPQT, etc.)
∎ • Advice on Appropriate NDT Methods to assess the Integrity of Weldments.
∎ • Witnessing Mechanical Test for Procedure Qualification & Performed internal and external inspections on process equipment.
∎ • Review of construction and installation activities on projects
∎ • Supervise site mechanical supervise and inspectors during construction
∎ • Brownfield projects and modification to existing process piping and mechanical equipment
∎ • Involved pre-start safety review for startup/ POP (put on production)
∎ • Supports the commissioning and operation team during pre-start up
∎ • Perform internal inspection and mapping of piping and structural
∎ • Conducting Internal, Sub-Contractor & Vendor Audits relating QA/QC matters
∎ • Radiographic films Review for all Piping Process.
∎ • Witnessing hydro testing based on piping system and Company specification
∎ • Check painting accordance with Company Engineering standard specification approval
∎ • Receives work direction from project engineers or project managers or construction manager during project execution or from operations personnel when assigned to projects & maintenance related activities.
∎ • Responsible for Interface between FE engineers, Construction Mechanical contractors & Chevron O&M group to resolve any field engineering issues. Review all Mechanical/Piping AFC Drawings, co-ordinate Field engineering, Surplus material review, MTOs, Follow Technical Query Process during construction
∎ • Work with FE engineers to develop construction work packs & shutdown packages, gather all field technical data during FEED & Detail design as well as work with construction contractors to prepare Red line Drawings.
∎ • Fluent in all International Piping Codes & Standards.

Additional Requirements:
∎ • Age at least 38 years
∎ • Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Minimum 10 years experience in Mechanical, Piping & Pipeline large Projects & Construction.
∎ • Working Experience in Multinational Company will be preferred.
∎ • The successful candidate shall be deployed in Multinational Company, our client engaged in Oil & Gas sector in Bangladesh.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ • 28 days on/ 28 days off basis
∎ • Others: As per company policy
