Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc/ MSc in Computer Science
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience with migration of Exchange to Office 365 and end to end support and troubleshooting experience of Exchange Online and Office 365 Hybrid solutions;
∎ Experience with Exchange, including architecture and deployment of multi node DAGs. Geo redundant DAGs and server virtualization a plus;
∎ Must have experience with Active Directory, [also Azure AD] user and group management for both Office 365 and third-party services;
∎ Solid understanding of client/server, networking, and Internet technologies fundamentals;
∎ Create PowerShell scripts for administration of Exchange, Office 365, custom software implementations, and advanced troubleshooting;
∎ Strong organizational, written and verbal communication, and time management skills;
∎ Office 365 or other Microsoft certifications are a plus;
∎ Knowledge on SharePoint is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ 2+ years of Microsoft product and service industry experience including technical depth, product knowledge and troubleshooting experience of Exchange 2016/2013/2010 server, Client connectivity (on-premise and cloud), Device management, Load balancing, Authentication, Hybrid Identity, SharePoint, OneDrive, Skype for Business, Teams, Azure AD, and related technologies;
