Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ New business generation by acquiring potential merchants through deep understanding of needs and providing relevant solutions.
∎ Execution the plan of merchant acquisition strategy , Merchant categories and Merchant segments.
∎ Developing strong relationships with existing portfolio of merchants
∎ Ensuring customer satisfaction is maximised and handling issues escalated by merchants or customers in a timely manner
∎ Collaborating with Marketing Team for promotional campaigns to increase awareness in assigned region
∎ Develop mechanisms for applying learnings and experiences to improve merchant acquisition processes.
∎ Strong team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards.
∎ To constantly carry out market intelligence search, benchmarking and analysing and survey pricing, demand and competition in e-environment.
∎ Team spirit and enthusiasm about new retail
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Take on responsibilities from day one
∎ Open work culture that support unconventional thinking
∎ Preferably experienced in Ecomm Marketplace Seller Centre .
∎ Required skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point.
∎ Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in E-Commerce background but Fresher are encourage to apply.
∎ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
∎ Proven ability to multitask.
Salary: Negotiable
