∎ Job Description:
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and equipment.
∎ Install and calibrate electrical components according to specifications.
∎ Conduct regular inspections to ensure MEP systems and equipment are operating efficiently.
∎ Interpret and work with electrical diagrams and schematics.
∎ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
∎ Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and implement improvements.
∎ Adhere to safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
∎ Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and other team members.
∎ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
∎ Qualifications:
∎ Trade Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within an engineering or technical environment.
∎ Strong understanding of MEP systems and components.
∎ Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and electrical equipment.
∎ Familiarity with electrical works and diagrams.
∎ Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
∎ Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
∎ Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
∎ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
∎ Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
∎
∎ FOREIGN EXPERIENCE IN CANDIDATES IS PREFERRED.
