Educational Requirements:
∎ Having Graduation / Post Graduation of Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plans, MEP systems interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule.
∎ Coordinates drawing supervision of MEP execution as per the design, specification and all applicable standards whether local, national, or international standards.
∎ Resolving Issues with coordinating with consultant, contractors, project managers and all related disciplines.
∎ Facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between MEP Contractors during construction.
∎ Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions in guidance with consultant input.
∎ Assist in the receipt and review of MEP submittals.
∎ Log and post all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings.
∎ Assist in the scope review, budgeting and justification of MEP change work order.
∎ Assist in the installation of MEP work.
∎ Direct, monitor and control the activities of MEP Contractors.
∎ Liaison with Consultant, Contractors, Project Manger
∎ Ensure that MEP Contractors provides and adheres to relevant Quality documentation/records.
∎ Ensure that MEP Contractors adheres to Project safety regulations.
∎ Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment.
∎ Serve as project leader to coordinate efforts of managers, engineers, drafters, and manufacturing personnel during all project phases.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 8 years of practical construction experiences.
∎ Applicants should have experience in Hotel MEP Services.
∎ The ideal candidate should well be conversant with reading, understanding drawings and coordinating with other disciplines, agencies and foreign consultants.
∎ Previous hotel Experience will be an added advantage.
∎ Should be experienced in AutoCAD and MS office and others related software.

Salary: Negotiable
