Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in Counselling, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide individual and group counselling to women facing mental health challenges, including but not limited to stress, anxiety, depression, body image issues, and relationship difficulties.
∎ Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' emotional, psychological, and social needs.
∎ Develop personalized plans based on the assessment, incorporating evidence-based Solutions, techniques and interventions.
∎ Offer a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential environment for clients to express their concerns and emotions.
∎ Utilize active listening and empathy skills to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships with clients.
∎ Collaborate with other mental health professionals within Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.
∎ Stay updated on current research and advancements in mental health counselling, particularly related to women's issues, to enhance professional knowledge and practice.
∎ Maintain accurate and confidential client records, progress notes, and solution plans.
∎ Participate in ongoing professional development activities and seek supervision when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in mental health counselling, preferably with a focus on women's issues.
∎ Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with diverse populations.
∎ Strong knowledge of women's mental health concerns and experience in applying evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
∎ Familiarity with trauma-informed care and sensitivity to the unique challenges faced by women.
∎ Registered or licensed as a Mental Health Counsellor in the respective region or eligible for registration.
∎ Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all client interactions.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
