Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet and greet patient/customer with well manner & courtesy,
∎ Identify patient correctly through UHID, name & age while inputting data in HIS,
∎ Take data dictation from consultant/registrar and input the required information in the right format/module in Hospital Information System (HIS),
∎ Take all types of reports/management plan an others records from the concerned doctors for checking/verifying and ensure doctors signature as required,
∎ Once the drafts are finalized and signed by doctor the medical transcriptionist feeds the findings in a prescribed format of reporting to the HIS and hands over the hard copy to concerned person for further proceeding,
∎ Ensure effective communication with the CCO regarding medication, investigation, procedure, surgery from prescription/management plan,
∎ The employee will be responsible for maintaining strict confidentiality of patients reports or records,
∎ Ensure availability of all required logistics as per requirement of the work station,
∎ The employee will be responsible for other job as assigned by supervisor/consultant/HOD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ 0-1 year of experience in relevant field.
∎ Advanced level PC skills particularly in Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint (knowledge of Windows XP, Internet browsing, MS outlook is essential) with excellent typing skill.
∎ Technical Competencies:
∎ Familiar with common medical terms, investigations, procedures, surgery and medication,
∎ High level of listing skill with excellent typing skill,
∎ Excellent record maintaining skill.
∎ Behavioral Competencies:
∎ Individual performer as well as team player with the understanding of organizations culture and ethics
∎ Excellent command in both English and Bengali.
