Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Laboratory Medicine/ Diploma in Medical Technology.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Diagnostic Centre, Hospital

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Taking Appropriate measures for commencement, maintenance & Procurement in the Lab
∎ Perform quality control tests in the lab as well as on-site when necessary
∎ Testing and calibrating lab equipment in preparation for specific tasks
∎ Ensuring timely report delivery
∎ Perform quality control tests on ingredients, completed products and product samples
∎ Analyze retrieved data and prepare reports for laboratory management
∎ Monitoring subordinates work
∎ Communicate with patient and concerned physician in case of need
∎ Immediately taking necessary action about emergency report
∎ Help procurement department to purchase lab chemical, ingredients and other needful materials for the lab
∎ Collecting sample from sample department in due time regularly
∎ Co-operate to senior colleague for development of Laboratory.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in similar position in medical/health care facilities
∎ Self-disciplined - able to lead, train and control a technical team.
∎ Associate degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory)
∎ Capable of prioritizing tasks to meet goals and ensure product quality
∎ Willing to meet on-call obligations as needed
∎ Ability to communicate effectively

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
