Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Medical Technology / Certified in Laboratory Medicine from renowned institution.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day to Day examination of specimen and monitor and assess samples from a range of sources.
∎ Participate in validating the molecular and multi parameter flow cytometry practices.
∎ Participate in instrument optimization, instrument characterization method, QC method and instrument maintenance.
∎ Doing trouble shooting and resolve performance issue relating to the assay development and quality.
∎ Participate in writing document including validation report temperature log and machine maintenance.
∎ Participate in physical and environmental condition of laboratory are adequate and appropriate for the testing performed.
∎ Participate in environment for employee is sate form physical, chemical and biological Hazards and safety and biohazard requirements are followed.
∎ Anticipates the need of the lab and prepare accordingly (order supplies, maintain inventory, consider budget implications, and coordinate equipments use).
∎ Interpersonal relationship management to tackle unpleasant situation.
∎ Achieve consistent and high quality testing service through Laboratory compliance policies, processes, resources.
∎ Perform Real Time PCR.
∎ Participate Quality, Accuracy, Safety and Turnaround (TAT) are maintained as per norm.
∎ Monthly analysis of QC data, plan corrective actions and amp, preventive actions.
∎ Follow regular sampling schedule within a specific environment.
∎ Providing technical and administrative support to technical team.
∎ Follow the standard precaution for all patients as per laboratory protocol and control of the infection.
∎ Maintain reagent stock QC and maintenance.
∎ Maintain other practices and protocol of prevention and control of infection as per Laboratory policy.
∎ Any other activities assigned by authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have at least 2 years’ experience in the following business area : Hospital / Molecular Diagnostic Center.
∎ Must have familiarity with current Windows operating systems (as applicable) and proficiency in required software such as MS Word, MS Excel, etc.
∎ Must be hard working.
