Job Responsibilities:
∎ Using technical equipment to safely draw blood and other samples from patients explaining the process of drawing blood clearly to a patient.
∎ Reassuring and calming patients who might be nervous or scared of the procedure.
∎ Sending blood samples for testing in laboratories with proper labeling.
∎ Keeping track of blood samples and results that are returned after testing
∎ Immediately taking necessary action about emergency report.
∎ Preparing blood, plasma, and platelets for transfusions by conducting blood group, type, and compatibility tests.
∎ Analyzes blood cells by counting and identifying cells, using microscopic techniques and procedures.
∎ Maintains laboratory supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
∎ Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
∎ Maintains patient confidence and protects the hospital by keeping information Confidential.
∎ Communicate with patient and concerned physician in case of need.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years

∎ Minimum 2 years' experience in Hospital/Diagnostic facilities in similar position.
∎ Must have some basic computer skills.
∎ Candidate must be well mannered.
∎ Self-disciplined - able to lead, train and control a technical team.
∎ Able to perform well under pressure.
∎ Have to have good work ethics & perform diligently.
∎ Honest and smart in nature.
∎ Excellent organizational skills.
∎ Creativity and problem-solving aptitude.
∎ Willingness to change the Job location as per requirement
Salary: Tk. 14000 - 25000 (Monthly)
