Educational Requirements:
∎ Completed Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) examination from any institutions
∎ Must have previous vaccination experience; training certificate on health, first aid, community care provider, or other allied health training.
∎ Recommendation letter or certificate of participation in vaccination campaign or routine EPI from Ministry of Health will be added advantage.
∎ At least 1 years' experience in relevant field.

∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administer vaccines to target beneficiaries arriving fixed and outreach centres of IOM, operated in government facilities or in Makeshift settlements at regular intervals in accordance with National EPI guidelines.
∎ Transport vaccines from Upazila Health Complex of Ukhiya/Teknaf to vaccination centres in makeshift outreach centres and the fixed centres and vice versa, maintaining cold chain according to National EPI guidelines.
∎
∎ Participate in mobilization of target children and women for routine vaccination, deworming, Vitamin-A and vaccination related outbreak prevention and response activities.
∎ Ensure proper record keeping of EPI activities such as, registers, tally sheets and provide and update vaccination cards to beneficiaries at the vaccination centres.
∎ Prepare and submit weekly/monthly report to IOM and respective Health Complexes.
∎ Liaison with government other stakeholders, participate and share information in the monthly meeting at Health Complex.
∎ Ensure cleanliness of the centres and make necessary arrangement for vaccination.
∎ Ensure appropriate infection control measures and waste disposal according to guidelines.
∎ Report any adverse effect and notify cases if there is any incidents
∎ Report and assist in outbreak investigation related to vaccine preventable diseases when deemed necessary
∎ Participate in SIA and other special EPI campaigns
∎ Perform such other duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor

∎ Fluent in Bangla and Basics in English is required.

Salary:
∎ Monthly gross salary for this position is BDT 20,000.00.
