Job Responsibilities:
∎ Disburse the OPD consultations Ticket to patient
∎ Fill up official forms in the OPD ticket-counter as directed by the hospital authority
∎ Give directions about consultations room to the patient and visitors properly & politely
∎ Collect user-fee at the ticket counter & deposit it in treasury accordingly
∎ Ready to work in emergency situations to fix the sanitation problem.
∎ Submit monthly report and presentation in monthly meeting
∎ Perform such other duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good in hand writing in both Bengali & English
∎ Knowledge and experience with working in field Hospitals, public health sector, medical emergencies will be advantageous.
∎ Ability to work effectively under pressure in hardship situations and harmoniously within a team of colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgrounds.
∎ Ability to work independently under minimal supervision;
∎ Required Competency:
∎ Accountability, Continuous Learning, Communication, Professionalism, Teamwork, Client Orientation, Creativity and Initiative, Leadership and Negotiation, Performance Management, Planning and Organizing. Technological Awareness.
Salary:
∎ Monthly gross salary for this position is BDT 21,152.00.
