Job Responsibilities:
∎ Taking care of flower garden at hospital premises
∎ Maintenance of cleanliness at hospital premises
∎ Gardening and cultivations of seasonal flowers, fruits and vegetables as directed by authority.
∎ Ensuring of optimal use of bio-fertilizer.
∎ Submit monthly requisitions of maintenance logistics for the garden.
∎ Supply of flowers to hospital authority for the occasions of national day observation/ festival.
∎ Ready to work in emergency situations.
∎ Submit monthly report and presentation in monthly meeting
∎ Perform such other duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least one year of experience in gardening (flower, fruit, vegetables)
∎ Knowledge and experience with working in field Hospitals, public health sector, medical emergencies will be advantageous.
∎ Ability to work effectively under pressure in hardship situations and harmoniously within a team of colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgrounds.
∎ Ability to work independently under minimal supervision;
∎ Required Competency:

Salary:
∎ Salary: Monthly gross salary for this position is BDT 10,000.00.
