∎ Science Graduate - Having experience in Health Service Delivery (nursing background) will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ You will be working on our WhatsApp service, which is a follow-up to our intervention Care Companion Program (CCP). This service allows families to ask medical and non-medical questions in their regional language.
∎ Managing all tech platforms related to our Remote engagement service (like Freshdesk, Turn, Exotel, Text-it, WhatsApp, SurveyCTO etc.)
∎ Responding to queries asked by tele-supporters/ patients as per training given by our team.
∎ Keeping the Remote engagement service reports up to date on the Google drive.
∎ Auditing the calls made to the families as per the protocols.
∎ Conducting surveys as and when needed
∎ Work closely with the Product team for need-based product development and continuous improvement of the tele-support service.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 years of working experience in a relevant field is mandatory.
∎ Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing in Bangla and English.
∎ Comfortable using smartphones, laptops, web browsers, Gmail, and other popular online websites.
∎ knowledge in IT will be an added advantage but not compulsory.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 45000 - 55000 (Monthly)
∎ Based on experience
