Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS Degree from a recognized Medical Institute and must be registered to practice as licensed physician in Bangladesh

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide urgent care, emergency response, clinical decision making, and patient management for workforce
∎ Support and facilitate medical evacuations
∎ Support Fitness for Duty requirements as per company protocol
∎ Oversee and Perform Hygiene inspections
∎ Support Medical Surveillance Program and Food Safety Program as per company policy.
∎ Contribute to medical risk management with reviews and follow up for Quality Indicators.
∎ Assist with document management for H&M training & learning opportunities and tracking
∎ Provide health related training and educations for junior medical staff and workforce
∎ Ensure up to date Clinical knowledge sharing and benchmarking with internal and external clinicians
∎ Able to deliver training to other health care providers, workforce, and provide health education.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years of Emergency Medicine experience.
∎ Work experience in an industry related field of Medicine is preferred.
∎ BLS, ACLS and ATLS or ITLS is preferred.
∎ Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English & Bangla
∎ Ability to work in diverse teams.
∎ The successful candidate shall be deployed in Multinational Company, our client engaged in Oil & Gas sector in Bangladesh.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ 05 days on/ 05 days off basis
∎ Yearly two annual allowance/bonus

∎ Daily rate applicable (Monthly salary to convert to day rate)
