∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Clean and arrange his workplace when he report for duty.
∎ He will ensure the reception of all lab requests and enter them in the computer.
∎ Delete any tests which are wrongly entered after authorization from the Consultant/ Lab Director.
∎ Perform various secretarial work as assigned by the Consultant / Lab Director
∎ Will check that all the computers and printers in the section are working properly
∎ Request for Printer Ribbon or any replacement part to the IT Department through the Lab Executive.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy: Operating System-Windows-98/2000/XP/Vista/Seven.
∎ Packages-MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
∎ Excellent problem solving skill
∎ Proven ability to work independently and working together with other colleagues
