Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Medical Technology in Laboratory, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Medical Technology, Major-Laboratory Medicine
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform COVID-19 Test
∎ Supervision and training of laboratory technologists of sample collection section, extraction section and other supporting staffs.
∎ Prepare, aliquot, storage and disposal of QC materials, calibrators, and reagents etc. in a standard way and maintain relevant documents.
∎ Verify test results for repeat assay and post the data for report preparation and review test results.
∎ Prepare necessary documents as per instruction of Compliance Administrator & Laboratory Director.
∎ Participate in laboratory proficiency testing and inter-laboratory comparison to ensure that quality indicators are fulfilled.
∎ Monitor laboratory inventory to ensure the availability of laboratory supplies/accessories
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ At least two (2) years' experience in a reputed molecular biology laboratory working with rt-PCR machine.
∎ Experience as a laboratory supervisor will be preferred.
∎ Computer Skills (e.g.-Microsoft word, Excel).
