∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS) from any medical college and registered by BM&DC.
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS) from any medical college and registered by BM&DC.
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide age estimation and fitness certificate to the workers during recruitment.
∎ Should have a strong clinical knowledge of the factory workers and staff.
∎ Work in Compliance with all factory's health and safety policies.
∎ To determine for particular workers working under health hazard exposure to regular medical examination.
∎ To provide training and creating awareness among the staff and workers on occupational health & safety.
∎ Actively participating in meetings and committees relevant to health services in the factory and to provide relevant representation in health and safety issues.
∎ Maintenance of logistics and replenishment of medicines, medical supplies, equipment’s etc.
∎ To maintain close liaison with nearest hospitals/ clinics to ensure faster treatment and medical services for those who need care other than the first aid.
∎ To follow up accident register, medicine issue register and other registers.
∎ Follow up monthly reports and submit to the management.
∎ To actively participate in all CSR activities related to health.
