Job Context:

Additional Requirements:
∎ 05 years of relevant field experience, including 2 years in a management position, preferably in the emergency Health program. Demonstrated track record of working with local counterparts to promote the use of the program.
∎ Sound knowledge of the Bangladesh health system; experience in working with UN and other stakeholders in both development and emergency settings.
∎ Proficiency in computerized accounts packages, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to manage a complex and diverse workload and to work to tight deadlines
∎ Ability to contribute to a small, proactive team, motivating staff and working collaboratively with colleagues, and providing support and advice as necessary
∎ Willingness and ability to dramatically change work practices and hours, and work with incoming surge teams, in the event of emergencies
∎ Written and verbal fluency in English
