∎ Minimum MBBS Degree
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist and support to implement of CDIP Health Program;
∎ Working with technical staff of Sub Assistant Community Medical Officers (SACMO) to develop, implement technical assistance plans, training, and other staff development approaches to increase service quality and efficiency;
∎ Ensure to balance operational and management aspect of the CDIP health program;
∎ Arrange health camp and ensure to lead and support all relevant activities of the camp;
∎ Participate in and contribute to the development of reports, work plans, communication materials and other relevant documents;
∎ Represent CDIP at national and other forums if required;
∎ Assist in preparing project proposals, detailed budget, periodic and special reports and other necessary documents for board, management, partners/stakeholders or others as needed,
∎ Upholding teamwork and group dynamics with staff management like hiring, transfer and performance appraisal etc.
∎ Oversee the supply chain management and stock management of health program and prepare the specification, technical evaluation of health services instruments and medicine list;
∎ Monitor the use of facilities and staff to ensure effective use of resources;
∎ Provide technical guidance on OTC drugs; staff health guidance, mental health development etc.;
∎ Ensure to support and provide guidance to develop health software, update etc.;
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

∎ Should have skills in developing checklist on quality assurance and measuring quality related to health program;
∎ Should have sound capacity to analyze health related information;
∎ Computer literacy & expertise in relevant software handling;
∎ Ability to handle stress situation;
∎ Strong interpersonal and liaison skills;
∎ Should have staff supervision and development skill;
∎ Analytical capacity;
∎ Have capacity for resource mobilization;
∎ Ability to coordination, communication and networking with different stakeholders;
∎ Although the position is Dhaka-based, the selected candidate must be prepared to undertake frequently field activities staying at field office and when necessary;
Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 - 80000 (Monthly)
∎ Monthly Gross pay; 50,000 to 80,000 BDT (Negotiable) plus organizational other benefits such as Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, festival, leave etc.
