Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure medical treatment for all workers, staffs and officers at factory
∎ Evaluate a patient's symptoms, and determine the most appropriate course of treatment to address them and refer to the hospital if deemed necessary
∎ Maintain regularly updated patient medical records that document all evaluations, medications, treatments, test results and other records
∎ Prescribe medications and inform patients of all possible risks, complications and interference with other medications they may be taking, if any
∎ Supervise and evaluate Medical Assistants/ Nurses to ensure full compliance with regulations and make sure that the current medical center is as effective as possible
∎ Consult patients on topics such as proper nutrition, fitness and hygiene to assist them in making informed decisions and taking good care of their health
∎ Check health status of babies at child care and suggest balanced diet for the children if require
∎ Analysis disease records, identify the root-cause and take necessary action to reduce the number of cases/ patients
∎ Provide first aid, CPR, etc life-saving training
∎ Medical test for new joins as per compliance
∎ Conduct awareness program regularly among the factory workers on various health issues
∎ Keep record and take care of pregnant workers and taking good care of them
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
