Job Context:
∎ GK was created in 1972 with two visions. Firstly, "the fate of the poor decides the fate of the country". Secondly, "development of the country depends on the development of women". Since 2017, Gonoshasthaya Kendra (GK) and UNHCR have entered a partnership to respond to the Rohingya crisis in Cox Bazar and Bhasanchar.
∎ Job Location: Cox`x Bazar and Bhasanchar
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide OPD, IPD, and Emergency health care services in the Primary Health care center as per standard operating procedure
∎ Provide ANC, and PNC services and conduct normal vaginal delivery (NVD)
∎ Ensure quality Family Planning service and supervise midwife's activities to maintain quality of care
∎ Ensuring the highest standards in patient care and maintaining and following GK's protocol and policy
∎ Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
∎ Reporting to senior management about activities on and weekly and monthly basis
∎ Ensuring consistent and accurate medical recordkeeping practices.
∎ Supervise Laboratory, Pharmacy, and drug Dispensary and maintain quality of services and logistics, and equipment.
∎ Supervise and guide coworkers in the triage area and help with proper patient management on a priority basis.
∎ Practice Rational uses of medicine with appropriate doses and duration
∎ Conduct health education sessions on a need basis
∎ Ensure proper case management and assess the need for referral and arrange referral service.
∎ Take part in Facility-based and Community-based Health, Reproductive Health, and Nutrition activities.
∎ Investigate any information regarding unusual health events or diseases outbreak.
∎ Maintain medical records and documentation and evaluation as needed.
∎ Comply with GK and UNHCR rules, regulations, and policy.
∎ Ensure patient confidentiality is respected and treat all the patients with respect and dignity
∎ Any other duty relevant to the post assigned by GK.

∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Experience Candidates and additional training will get an added advantage
