Educational Requirements:
∎ Must have a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
∎ PGT will be preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide primary health care services following the standard protocols to out patient department (OPD) patients.
∎ Assist the surgeons in C/S or other obstetric emergency OT.
∎ Ensure patient support in IPC unit.
∎ Management of health care centers and harmonization of service points within the health care center for which he/she is responsible;
∎ Supervise and provide technical support to paramedics/ nurse/ midwives and counselors.
∎ Conduct necessary training for nurses, counselors and allied health care workers - first aid training, health & safety training, etc.
∎ Daily reporting on service coverage and drug dispensing.
∎ Ensure overall Health & Safety issues within the center.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Two (2) years of experience as a Medical Officer in any private or NGO clinic/ hospital is preferable
∎ Experience in service delivery is desirable
∎ Have the willingness to work in humanitarian response
∎ Have the willingness to work in remote and hard to reach areas in Ukhiya or Cox'-Bazar
