Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
∎ PGT on Gyne and Obs will be given performance
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide primary health care services to the patients following the standard protocols
∎ Management of health care centers and harmonization of service points within the health care center for which he/she is responsible;
∎ Provide technical support to midwives, paramedics and other clinical staff
∎ Conduct necessary training on first aid training, health & safety training, etc. for midwives, paramedics and health field workers
∎ Supervision of outreach activities, like medical camp, mothers club meeting, etc.
∎ Supervise midwives, paramedics and other clinical staff
∎ Daily reporting on service coverage and drug dispensing
∎ Ensure overall health & safety issues within the center
∎ Prepare and submission monthly report to HOPE Foundation and donor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
