Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Contributing clinical expertise to patient care and providing professional guidance to the Nurses and other healthcare assistances for quality treatment.
∎ Perform best to ensure the highest standards of patient treatment and care.
∎ Verifying relevant diagnoses for facilitating treatment management plan.
∎ Interpret lab results, reviews prescription, and transfer when required.
∎ Ensuring the compliances of healthcare regulations and safety standards.
∎ Supervising & mentoring healthcare professionals to develop skill and knowledge.
∎ Identifying areas of improvement on treatment and care management facilities.
∎ Remain prepared to response in emergency situation to handle critical patients.
∎ Reporting the difficulties related to patient care with possible options for solutions.
∎ Maintain patients chart, report, and medical records are documented accurately.
∎ Assisting Consultant in reviewing the treatment plan of IPD patient care delivery.
∎ Performing administrative duties such as scheduling the duty roster, and billing.
∎ Complaint management relevant to the patient treatment and care.
∎ Any other job assigned by the senior management.
∎ Medical Officer (MO) will manage primary treatment & care and supervise the healthcare services of the Nurses and other healthcare assistants at Ar-Raha. They are expected to exhibit extensive clinical knowledge and demonstrable experience in a similar managerial role with the best practice in health administration.
