Education:
MBBS degree from a recognized medical college.
Valid registration with the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC).
Requirements:
Skills Required: Pediatrics, NICU, ICU, Obstetrics and Gynaecology
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 32 years
Willingness to work in any department or unit as assigned by the hospital authority.
Flexibility to work on a rotational shift basis.
Good communication skills, professional conduct and a patient-focused attitude.
Responsibilities & Context:
Provide medical care and initial assessment to patients as assigned by the hospital authority.
Perform duties in different departments and units of the hospital, including Emergency, Indoor, Ward, ICU/NICU and other clinical areas, according to hospital requirements and the candidate’s qualifications.
Attend to patients during assigned shifts and ensure timely medical intervention.
Monitor patients’ conditions and take appropriate clinical measures within the scope of professional competence.
Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
Maintain proper medical records, patient documentation and duty handover procedures.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow hospital protocols.
Perform rotational duties, including day, evening, night, weekend and holiday shifts, as required.
Carry out any other relevant clinical duties assigned by the hospital authority.
