Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS Degree from any recognized University (MPH preferable). Minimum 2 Years of experience in relevant field or area of health management program. Previous experience in working with NGOs/ Government/Development partners will be an added advantage.

Job Context:
∎ Job Location: BKMEA Health Care Center, BSCIC, Narayanganj
∎ Duration of Contract: 2 Years
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support the TB team and prepare annual work plan and monthly action plan.
∎ Support higher management in decision making.
∎ Implementation:
∎ Coordinate and provide support in activities for TB programme in the relevant geographic areas.
∎ Supervise and provide technical support to ensure anti-TB treatment according to NTP guidelines including Directly Observed Treatment.
∎ Supervise and provide support for proper recording of patients and updating information to ensure improved case detection and treatment success.
∎ Coordinate and provide support in referral of presumptive and complicated to designated diagnostic facilities for enhanced case notification and case management.
∎ Attend the project related meetings to get informed on project activities, strategies, policies and goals and seek inputs and directions.
∎ Prepare action-taking report monthly based on previous findings.
∎ Monitoring, supervision and coordination:
∎ Maintain regular coordination with concern stakeholders in implementing TB Control activities.
∎ Ensure contact tracing actively in respective area for strengthening case findings.
∎ Monitoring project activities and supervise the work with regular field visit and providing technical support.
∎ Supervise and coordinate quality assurance and surveillance system.
∎ Reporting and dissemination:
∎ Ensure timely, accurate and complete reporting as per guidelines.
∎ Prepare and submit periodic field visit report as per action plan.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Ability to work independently. Strong administrative, organizational and supervision skills.
∎ Good oral and written communication skill both in Bangla and English.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office, Email correspondence, Power Point and other relevant activities.
