Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline. (Science background is highly preferable)
∎ Skills Required: Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales targets and objectives within assigned territories.
∎ Promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, clinics and hospitals.
∎ Conduct regular visits to medical professionals such as- Doctor, Chemist to provide product information, samples, and promotional materials.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
∎ Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, market feedback, and customer interactions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical promotion, preferably in a similar role.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex medical information in a clear and concise manner.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
∎ Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
∎ Proficient in using smartphone applications and software for sales reporting and analysis.
∎ A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
