Responsibilities & Context:
∎ About the Role: Augmedix is looking for a contractual Medical Data Processor for one of their exciting medical documentation services with attractive benefits! The role would require an MDP to understand and assess SOAP notes and the sections of the notes to be uploaded into the EHR maintaining correct formatting and accuracy. This role and its tasks are time-sensitive and must be completed within the SLA in a compliance-approved environmentKey Responsibilities:Upload AI-generated SOAP notes from SCP to electronic health record systems accurately maintaining the SLA.Be vigilant about the patient's schedule and observe any changes.Maintain 100% accuracy for uploading the note sectionsEscalating any issues related to the notes promptly to the stakeholders.Work on improving efficiency by proper utilization of the existing tools.Maintaining punctuality in regard to reporting to the office/team on time daily, maintaining SLA, and ensuring all the targets are met Attending team meetings regularly and actively participating
