∎ Diploma
∎ Diploma in Medical Faculty (MATS) registered by BM&DC.
∎ Diploma in Medical Faculty (MATS) registered by BM&DC.
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide age estimation and fitness certificate to the workers during recruitment.
∎ Should have a strong clinical knowledge to create health care services of the factory workers and staff.
∎ Work in Compliance with all factory's health and safety policies.
∎ To determine for particular workers working under health hazard exposure to regular medical examination.
∎ To arrange and provide training and creating awareness among the staff and workers on occupational health & safety.
∎ Maintenance of logistics and replenishment of medicines, medical supplies, equipment’s etc.
∎ To maintain close liaison with nearest hospitals/ clinics to ensure faster treatment and medical services for those who need care other than the first aid.
∎ To maintain accident register, medicine issue, others registers.
∎ To ensure the medical center clean and well organized .
∎ Prepare monthly reports and submit to Medical Officer.
∎ To actively participate in all CSR activities related to health.
