∎ Diploma in Medical Technology (Physiotherapy), Diploma in Nursing, Diploma in Health Technology and Services
∎ A Medical Assistant Degree, Nursing Degree, or Paramedical Degree from a reputable medical college or university.
∎ Preferred qualifications include training courses in paramedics or first aid.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ রোগির ও বিভিন্ন বিভাগের উর্ধতন কর্মকর্তাদের ব্লাড প্রেশার ও শরীরের তাপমাত্রা চেক করা ও পরামর্শ দেওয়া।
∎ রোগির কাটা ও ক্ষত স্থানে ড্রেসিং করা, সেলাই করা, ব্যান্ডেজ করা, রোগিদের ইঞ্জেকশন দেওয়া, ক্যানোলা দেওয়া, সেলাই মেশিনের সুই ঢুকে গেলে তা বের করার ব্যবস্থা করা।
∎ পুড়ে যাওয়া রোগিদের ক্ষতস্থানে বার্নার ক্রিম লাগিয়ে দেওয়া এবং ডাক্তার দেখানোর পরামর্শ দেওয়া।
∎ গুরুতর আহত বা আঘাত প্রাপ্ত রোগিদের সরকারী হাসপাতালে নিয়ে যেয়ে চিকিৎসায় সাহায্য করা।
∎ প্রতিদিন ছোট বড় আঘাত প্রাপ্ত তথ্যাবলি, রোগিদের ডেসিং ফলো আপ, ঔষধ ও ইনজুরি রেজিস্টারে লিপিবদ্ধ করা এবং চিকিৎসা বাবদ যাবতীয় খরচের বিল হিসাব বিভাগে জমা দেওয়া।
∎ অক্সিজেন সিলিন্ডার রিফিল করে নিয়ে আসা।
∎ চোখে কেমিক্যাল যাবার কারনে আহত হলে, রোগিকে নরমাল স্যালাইন দিয়ে চোখ ধৌত করা এবং চোখে ড্রপ দেওয়া।
∎ বাংলাদেশ কারখানা অধিদপ্তরে আহত রোগিদের নোটিশ পাঠানো এবং রেজিস্টারে তথ্যাবলি লিপিবদ্ধ করা।
∎ কর্তব্যরত মেডিকেল অফিসার এর নির্দেশে সকল দায়িত্ব পালন করা।
