Educational Requirements:
∎ • Diploma in Medical Assistant (Group - MATS) from recognized Institutions along with completion of Internship in Government or Non-Government hospital with BMDC Certificate.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Registration from Bangladesh Dental Council should be given advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Clinical Experience, Garments Industry, Hospital
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide first aid to emergency patients and take necessary actions as instructed by our factory Doctors and refer them to nearby hospital (if required).
∎ Assist factory doctors to provide fitness certificates to all of workers / employees who work on physical health risk.
∎ Assist factory doctors to provide age certificate at the time of necessary recruitment.
∎ Responsible to take good care of every patients and follow up on regular basis.
∎ To maintain different register like: medicine, patient, treatment equipments and daily attendance patient register.
∎ During the pregnancy period check health status of pregnant employee and keep register accordingly.
∎ To assist Medical Check-up for pregnant workers.
∎ Keep records of sickness, injury or accidents with their analysis to prevent them to a minimum level.
∎ Conduct health related training program / seminars / workshop to building awareness about hygiene & occupational health.
∎ Maintain all medical tools / equipments / machines in good and workable manner as per compliance requirement.
∎ Discharge any work assigned by higher authority as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should work in two shifts (Day / Night).
∎ English language: understanding and knowledge should be good.
∎ Should be cooperative and self-motivated.
∎ Can work independently without any Supervision for their area of work.
∎ Should have mentality to work under pressure as well as beyond regular time whenever required.
Salary: Negotiable
