∎ Diploma in Medical Faculty/Medical Assistant course from an accredited academic institution
∎ Registered from Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC)

Job Context:
∎ Community Partners International (CPI) is a U.S. based nonprofit organization that works with local partner organization Green Hill to expand access to quality health services and generate the resources, local capacity and coordination necessary for partners and the people to meet their own health and community needs.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for providing support to Medical Officers and Nurses in providing health care services.
∎ Follow emergency health protocol to run a center, check vital signs and monitor medical patients who are severely ill and require stabilization prior to transfer.
∎ Conduct physical examinations to the patients as required.
∎ Write medical prescriptions are properly written with history and present conditions.
∎ Ensure proper drugs provision and communicate instructions with the patients so they can understand the treatment regimen.
∎ Provide general health services to the patients
∎ Ensure clinical set up are well organized and clean.
∎ IPC Management.
∎ Ensure proper donning and doffing of PPE items.
∎ Maintain confidentiality and security of client information at all times.
∎ Monitor the maintenance of the medicine stock register and provide medicine to patients, ensuring all patients have appropriate medicine.
∎ Ensure that the medicines are kept in the store in a proper way having proper ventilation.
∎ Monitor proper infection prevention procedure is maintained.
∎ Ensure the proper application of all monitoring tools used for monitoring clinical activities.
∎ Monitor triage, early recognition and source control.
∎ Supervise instrument processing.
∎ Monitor waste management in the health post.
∎ Submit all reports at a time to the line manager (daily & weekly).
∎ Fill out the drug register regularly and review drug stock
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least three 2 years' experience in relevant clinical fields
∎ Working experience in health posts, including previous experience of supervising and mentoring other health staff.
∎ Knowledge and experience with working in the field and medical emergency department will be added as advantages.
∎ Ability to work within a tight timeframe.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Experience working in humanitarian settings will be prioritized
∎ Experience working in Emergency Department/ ICU/ITU desirable
∎ Well defined knowledge of Infection prevention & control desirable
∎ Willing to work in COVID19 Isolation unit
∎ Good command over English, Chittagongian & Bangla desirable
∎ Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
∎ Exposure to working with local partners and providing/attending training in NGOs
∎ Excellent organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills
∎ Experience working in a multicultural, low-resource setting
∎ Ability to establish priorities in a time sensitive environment and meet deadlines with strong attention to consistency, detail, and quality
Salary: Tk. 50500 - 56000 (Monthly)
