Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Medical
∎ 3 years Diploma in clinical medicine and registered with BMDC.
∎ Training/Trade Course: IMCI,MhGAP

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Health, INGO, Medicine, public health

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide direct clinical care, working closely with the clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high quality comprehensive primary healthcare services;
∎ Triage, screen and assess patients;
∎ Perform basic first aid and wound care;
∎ Perform any necessary neonatal and obstetric resuscitation activity;
∎ Identify survivors of sexual assault and refer them for registration, counselling, and care through the psycho-social and protection focal point on the mobile team;
∎ Ensure adherence to infection prevention and control measures;
∎ Treat patients according to standard treatment protocols;
∎ Ensure accurate recording of information in the clinic registers, and timely completion of summary reports;
∎ Ensure patient confidentiality is respected, and that all consultations are conducted in a dignified and respectful manner;
∎ Maintain open and professional relations with team members;
∎ Ensure all patient consultations are documented and patient records are completed;
∎ Submit daily reports in a timely manner;
∎ Oversee OPD data collection at health facilities;
∎ Analyze and review data with clinical staff;
∎ Other duties as assigned.

∎ Previous experience and training in sexual gender based violence and clinical care for sexual assault survivors;
∎ Previous work with a humanitarian NGO;
∎ High integrity and a strong sense of professional ethics;
∎ Excellent organizational skills; ability to plan and coordinate work, ensure the efficient flow of projects and processes;
∎ Strong people management skills/interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, teach and mentor staff and volunteers;
∎ Medical fitness to live and travel in rural and urban areas with extreme conditions and limited medical support.

Salary: Negotiable
