∎ NESL now invites applications from competent candidates for the post Mechanical Specialist for employment with our prospective clients working in oil and gas.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow all Company rules and regulation include but is not limited to MSW, PTW,SWC, safety, L&R,EM.
∎ Operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of different field rotating equipment (IC engine, all types of pumps, Centrifugal/Reciprocating/Screw compressor, all types of valves, Mechanical seal, precision tools and hand/power tools)
∎ Develop work plans, work scope and execution in JDE based computer sized maintenance management system (CMMS) with maintenance planning and scheduling.
∎ Manage all spare parts in inventory for maintenance activities
∎ Prepare and monitor maintenance annual budget
∎ Interpretation of facility drawings, P&ID, safety rules, laws, regulations & relevant technical code and standard.
∎ Developing repair procedure for different equipment's following manufacturing guideline incorporated with Company technical standard.
∎ Operational knowledge of all gas process plant facility in BPC.
∎ Prepare work pack for different projects and turnaround job & prioritize.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ 3-4 years work experience in powerplant/ oil & gas / Chemical manufacturing industry.
∎ Fluent communication skills, including the ability to adopt in multicultural work environment in a stress condition.
∎ Hands on experience in installation, maintenance and overhaul of different IC engine, all types of pumps, air compressor, all types of valves, Mechanical seal etc.
∎ Knowledge on computerized maintenance management system (work order management, material/ critical spare management and technical report writing.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Dominant work schedule will be 14 days on/ 14 days off basis. Work Schedule may vary as per Company`s requirement. Yearly two annual allowance/bonus. Cell phone allowance. Group life Insurance coverage. Hospitalization Insurance coverage.
